Evo Morales, Bolivia's New President, Announces Cabinet

Mr. Morales is an Aymara Indian. Ahead of his official inauguration, he participated in an ancient ceremony. Ironically, "The U.S.-led war on drugs inadvertently helped bring Morales to power." He's been effective in mobilizing and empowering the poor & indigenous of Bolivia who are the majority population. He's lead movements that resulted in breaking plans to continue World Bank encouraged, water privatization, & is currently addressing state natural gas control.
